Gulf To Bay, Mobile Home Park, is a Resident Senior Park (55 or older).  Owners and our renters enjoy the warm weather, fishing, swimming, boating and the beautiful sunsets.  The Park was privately owned. In 1991, a Cooperative was formed and the Park was purchased by the residents. The Park is managed by a Board of Trustees, as required by Florida State Law.

 

Gulf To Bay, is a friendly community.  Social Events are posted in the Clubhouse.  Events include:  Welcome back party, fish fries, breakfasts, Super Bowl Party, Sweetheart Dinner, St. Patrick's Day Party, dances, Karaoke, bingo, various card games, movies, etc. Guests are always welcome.

 

The Office Manager and Janitor are the only paid employees.  Lawn Service, Landscaping, Tree trimming, etc., are provided by sub-contractors, which are licensed and insured.

Gulf to Bay strives to conform to all Federal, State and County regulations.   

 

DOCKS:  Gulf To Bay has 32 docks available for rent, on a first come, first serve basis (renters included).  Docks range in size from 5'10' to 35'.  Costs range from $125.00 - $450.00 per year (payable October 1).

 

HOA FEE:  A minimum HOA Fee of $410.61 is due per quarter. Additionally, any water usage which exceeds the minimum HOA Fee will be charged to the owner. 

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:  A full set of Rules and Regulations is available in the office which is open M-Th from 8-12 (noon).
